Classical Prinzregententorte
What is
it...? – Prinzregententorte
There are many different traditional
dishes in Munich that you should have tasted. Many are world-known, e.g. The
white sausage or the pretzel. But there are also things that are almost unknown
outside of Bavaria. One of them we would like to introduce to you:
A cake is very traditional - the
"Prinzregententorte".
Prinzregententorte is a Bavarian
torte consisting of at least six, usually seven, thin layers of sponge cake
interlaid with chocolate buttercream and a topping of apricot jam upon the very
last. The exterior is covered in a dark chocolate glaze.
The Prinzregententorte is very popular in Bavaria, available in cake shops all year round.
The classic
Prinzregententorte puts on chocolate-butter cream. Anne Haupt has
turned her into a pink princess fairy. Fine biscuit, raspberry cream and
chocolate ...
Smooth “prinzregentente” slices,
clear 6 layers or 7 layers of thin sponge cake, Cheersonic can do it.
Cheersonic's mechanical equipment
can help customers cut all kinds of bakery products - round cake, square cake, ice cream cake, pies, cheese and
so on.
Are you still slicing sheets of
Prinzregententorte by hand? If you are interested in testing Donauwelle on
Cheersonic machines, welcome to test. For more product information, call Wechat
