Mud Cake

Looks a bit like the United States Brownie.

Mud cake is prepared by mixing your liquid ingredients, usually chocolate, butter and other liquids (such as coconut milk) in the pot, and then add flour, cocoa and sugar and so on.

The end result is heavy thick cake, there is no soft bubble or not much, the cake is almost like a soft candy.

Mud cake looks more like a dessert cake, like a muddy appearance is very dense. There is almost no debris on the perfect edge, and the ultrasonic blade is very clean.

Its texture is different from that of Brownies. When it is sliced by the ultrasonic blade, the blade easily comes out and looks cleaner, cutting all day without any pressure.
