 What is Sultanah? Sultana is the seedless white grape. It is crystal clear, ancient Persian called "Sudan", the ancient Chinese people call it "rabbit eyes". In 1869 a man named William Thompson introduced the breed to California in the United States.

In fact, I prefer the name of Sudanese, it sounds beautiful, very aristocratic.

This is a traditional, delicious country cake. It has a sweet, crispy top, a lovely moist texture, almost too delicate. This Sultan cake is perfect for a cup of tea and will be the best warm ~
