Healthy Brown Sugar Date Cake

Production Method:

1. Wash the dried red dates, soak them, and cut them.
2. Put the red dates into the pot, add water, and cook until the red dates melt.
3. Take out the red dates and put them in a basin, add white sugar and brown sugar.
4. Use a whisk to mix the sugar and the cooked red dates into a paste.
5. Stir the jujube puree and sugar and then beat in the eggs.
6. Stir with a whisk to make a uniform foam.
7. Sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
8. Quickly and irregularly beat evenly until the batter is even.
9. Pour in the edible oil and quickly and irregularly beat until it is evenly mixed.
10. Beat the batter into a mold or tray covered with greased paper.
11. Put it in the preheated oven and heat up and down at 160 degrees for 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, cover the top of the jujube cake with greased paper to avoid burning the surface.
12. Take the jujube cake out of the oven, peel off the greased paper, slice it and serve.
